use of GoPal Assistant with E3410

    I just purchased an E3410. It works reasonable well in traffic. The problem is with the GoPal assistant software v3.00.0545 installed on my PC desktop, that it doesn't see my device:


    "==Unable to detect software installation==
    GoPal Assistant cannot find any navigation software installed on your device. You have either not yet installed the navigation software on your device, or you require a software update (at least version 3.00) in order for installation to be properly recognized.
    The full range of GoPal Assistant functions is only available after the installed navigation software has been recognized."


    Is anything that I have yet to put on the device (navigation software)?
    MS ActiveSync does see the device. Also I can see the device via "My Computer".


    I didn't contact yet Medion helpline.
